It is official.Just what I'm hoping for, Clippers' Blake Griffin will be participating in the 2011 NBA All-Star Weekend Dunk contest along with Bucks' Brandon Jennings, Wizards' JaVale McGee, and Thunder's Serge Ibaka.
I'm rooting for Griffin to win if he can use his creativity and not flame out like Shannon Brown did last year. With his jumping ability, I think he can even do the Superman dunk again and again. But of course, I want original dunk. Thank goodness, Nate Robinson didn't join the contest. Well, I hope it's gonna be exciting! So good luck to all.
The dunk contest will take place on Saturday, February 19 at Staples Center in Los Angeles, the day before the All-Star Game.
