2007... What a year!!!

Wow! Just a couple of days to go and we'll say hello to year 2008. But before I wait for the noise barrage come Jan 1, I want to highlight my most memorable events of year 2007. I can say this year's one of the best...

1.) Bought my laptop last June. Thanks to my CBA bonus wahahaha!
2.) Won third place for "celebrity duets" contest in our department held this Dec. "Can this be love?"
3.) My guys, the Lakers are in good shape this first quarter of the NBA season. 19-10 record as of today. Wow. Go Lakers!!!
4.) Of course, the best birthday with Mr. Kobe Bryant last Sept!
5.) Cebu Escapade last June. Bantayan Island is a nice place to relax.
6.) The Wedding of my friend, Jenny, in Las Pinas. Ako lang naman ang nakakuha ng flower. Sakto out of 14 red roses ako lang ang nakakuha ng white. Josme. So embarassed but no choice Ü
7.) HS Barkada get together held this Dec. Walang tulugan.. sila. Ako natulog ako hehe Ü
8.) HSBC Blue Team lost to Yellow and Red Team to miss our supposed to be three-peat championship but still we had fun during the party. Love the drinks!!!
9.) Oh, my website (www.kckalupet.20fr.com) was nominated in the Philippine Web Awards but not included in the finalist (forgot to pay the entry fee haha) Anyway, I want to make it next year. Hopefully I can make the new version.
10.) Villa Conrada Outing - I organized this event so it must be on my list. Joke! Simple gathering of the Special Team and friends.

11.) Favorite Movie of 2007 - Pirates of the Caribbean:At World's End - Watched it in Promenade. Great, Great, Movie. Runner-up -Blades of Glory (Just beacause this is a cool flick Ü) Just a note: I am disappointed with Harry Potter 5. Not a good one for me.

12.) Favorite Music Album - Of course, other that the Pirates of the Caribbean:At World's End OST, hmmm... Silent Sanctuary's my pick for OPM (esp. songs "14" and "Rebound")

13.) Canyon Woods CCR-CAO-CPD teambuilding last Oct. We had a commercial making contest for HSBC products. Luckily, judges liked my edited commercials and our team won in all 3 categories.
14.) Balai Special Teambuilding last March – So many “moments” wahahaha!
15.) Friends. Lovers. Family.

Happy 22nd Birthday Kalupet! (One of the happiest!)

Yes that’s right! It is a very big and special day for me not just because it’s my birth date but also, this is the day I saw Kobe Bryant up close and personal. I’m his biggest fan since year 2000 and I’ve finally got to see him in person. Oh my God! I’ve even touch his bare hands hahahaha! It’s funny because when I got the news that Kobe’s gonna be here in Manila on September 5, I cannot believe it because it’s my birthday. How coincidence is that? God is so good to me. Amazing! By the way I am accompanied by my family and that’s great haha!

While I’m doing this blog, I just want to share that a day before my birthday, I am actually very sad with all my kasentihan blues. Just read my previous blog entry. But because of Kobe and my family and my close friends, they actually made me happy and twist my mood to sad -> very happy to the point of crying hahaha! I realized how lucky I am to have them. I think Kobe Bryant is such an instrument to make me happy today. Even if it’s just one day, I will never forget this day for the rest of my life. It’such a great great day/birthday for me. Thank you Lord! You know how thankful I am to you for doing such a fantastic event in my life. I cannot ask for more today.

In summary, I AM SO HAPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPYYYYYY!!! Kobe Bryant, You made my day reaaaalllllyyyy special!!! Thank Yooooooouuuuuuu!!!
