Ecstasy

When you’re sitting there staring into space or doing whatever it is that you’re doing, and all of a sudden you start smiling. That smile slowly becomes wider and bigger. You would just sit there for however long until you catch yourself smiling. Then you would try to think back to what you were doing or to what was running through your head during that moment.. but that thought - that fleeting memory slipped right out of your head once you realized that blissful smile on your face. And you would sit there amazed, wanting to smile again, but you can’t.. and you don’t know why..

To me, those moments are the best.
