RIP: Yue-Yue

Warning: This is a gruesome video of a China toddler falling victim to two successive hit-and-run accidents and then being ignored by 18 passers-by at the scene last week in southern China.

Yue Yue, has just passed away due to systemic organ failure after 9 days of coma.

According to police reports, the drivers of both vehicles, one was detained the night of the accident and the other surrendered three days after, had been detained and would face trial.

I am so angry right now.

How could this happen? Where's the morale?
